About this app

Swim Data Lab — your pool swimming lab
Import workouts from your watch or log them by hand. Swim Data Lab turns every session into information that actually helps you swim better — no clutter, no noise, no social feed.
Why this app is different
Most apps show numbers. We explain what they mean and what to do next. Built for amateur and masters swimmers who want to improve with purpose, not just stack up distance.
What you can do
• Import or log — FIT/CSV files, manual entry, or optional Strava sync
• See what matters — Swim Score, auto-detected insights, and a coach-style briefing per session
• Track progress — personal records, reference pace, effort zones, and trend charts
• Plan your next workout — sets generated from your goal, distance, duration, and dominant stroke
• Set weekly goals — distance or time, with a progress bar on Home
• Understand every metric — SWOLF, pace, stroke count: built-in glossary where you need it
Who it's for
Pool swimmers training solo or in a group, who want reliable data and a quiet digital coach instead of another activity feed.
Privacy first
Your workouts stay on your device. No sharing between users. Strava only if you choose it.
Start with your next session. The pool is your lab.
