Swisscom Sign doesn't work. I go through the registration process and after the biometric document is scanned, it errors out. Moreover, if I restart the process it always asks me to choose the document type and it's stuck there. I need to clear the app data to be able to start the process from scratch only to end up in the same loop hole again. Did someone actually test this functionality?

Adding my third review of this pathetic app. No, your "support" reply didn't help. Of course not. It's STILL impossible to log in when abroad. And yes, I've tried over and over, in FIVE different countries (France, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Croatia), and logging in is NOT possible anywhere! No, I DO NOT use a VPN or any proxies. Just hire capable Android devs if you can't even figure this out... It's been months since this was reported, but no fix has been implemented yet. Unbelievable.

Every time I need to login I end up considering stubbing myself with a sharp knife instead! And without login I cannot change settings. Please reconsider the login feature to prevent suicidal rate to increase. On Android try to setup internet lock, then login. The circular progress bar appears but the app never shows input text fields to login. Nor biometric reader. It simply goes back to the login button. That's frustrating. Update: it worked after removal and reinstall
