Very helpful app!! I found it difficult to finish each day in a timely manner. A lot to think through, and rarely seemed to be enough time to think it all through. But I understand it's important to not dwell too long at one time on heavy issues. Writing on the Metacog was the biggest challenge for me, and not always clear how/where I should write vague mental concepts. But it was good practice for doing what I could and accepting that the rest would come in time. Highly recommend!!

This app is so good! I did have troubles with it at first when I downloaded the app and make an account it just kept loading so I deleted a lot of other game and apps that I don't use to make space and then it was able to load and work fine. Also one of the video started skipping and freezing so I had to close out of the app and restart my phone, that fixed it. So far the information is so good and I'm feeling better and more optimistic about overcoming my depression and anxiety! 🙏💪🤞💗

The app itself has some issues that are preventing me from using it. Galaxy S23 Ultra. Bottom of forms of cut off. Could not register new account. Cannot save out progress past active reach, where it asks for how often to be reminded. Very frustrating. I paid good money and have listened to the book on audio and read it and starting my neurocycle and am stuck now.
