I got this through work and wanted to try. I found it to be a disaster. It says it is personalized but my therapist said there is no way to adapt the program or exercises. You just do whatever the body part you selected. She was patronizing and implied I was too lazy for PT when I had a couple questions. I tried to figure out how to try a different therapist but gave up and sent it back. Probably worth a try if it's free, but my experience was just awful.

The physical therapy program has been extremely helpful. My therapist communicates regularly and progresses the exercises based on session results. I do sessions faithfully and have seen a real difference in flexibility with a gradual decrease in pain. The convenience I'd working from home, or even during travel, is a game-changer. I highly recommend this service and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

my work pays for this program, so that's a plus. they send you a tablet to monitor your exercises, not you can do them off your phone as well with their app. easy to use, coach is a text away if you have any questions or issues. this has helped me start on track to help me move and stretch and decrease my headaches, pain, and stress. Great program. I recommend you try it. can return tablet at any time.
