What is wrong with this app after the update? You can no longer update your info in the app?! Each time you go to bills pay, mobile reload & fund transfer, it prompts to enable mobile/device otp. It took 3 tries to enable mobile otp! I enabled it before but why was it auto disabled? The list of beneficiary instapay & pesonet banks are outdated; so few banks! On redmi china it wants me to use the china sugou keyboard instead of gboard & swiftkey! Allow reloading of cash card from credit card!

The BankCom app should evolve and be competitive, be more high tech. There should be features like lock-unlock card, face or fingerprint reading, email and text messaging prompt right after the transaction. It's kind of scary nowadays that scams and frauds are getting more high tech..

The transaction history should immediately display the payments or expenses, rather than having to wait for the statement of account to view our transactions. It is extremely inconvenient. Fingerprint doesn't work as well. (April 28, 2025) Still the same app, transaction history is not showing real time. You should check the Unionbank application. - Aug 2, 2025
