There will be no more long clinic queues or travel time, only a button away on the My Platform app, to arrange a video-consultation immediately or schedule an appointment with a Hong Kong registered doctor anywhere.

The My Platform App:
• Enables you to book an appointment and see any duty doctor of your choice via a video call on your mobile device.
• Will arrange delivery of any medicine, medical certificate, and/or referral letter so prescribed or issued by the doctor directly to the designated address.
