Was a Good navigation solution with purchaseable addons and the option to store map data on a SD card instead of main memory. No longer offline capable, refuses to start without internet connection. App crashes with a helpful "something went wrong" directly at start and when you contact "support" to report this issue, you get the usual copy and paste automated generic textblocks, suggesting re install or any other of the usual superstition rituals which "surprisingly" dont help at all.

Excellent app - works flawlessly every time for me, and I especially love the traffic add-on which notifies me of hold ups and navigates me around in the quickest way possible. The estimated journey time (which takes traffic into account) is spot on and can be relied upon. The app would get 5 stars from me but for the poor search function. For some reason they changed a great system where you started with the town and suggestions for the rest of the address then appeared after typing a couple of letters. It was very fast, easy and efficient, but has been replaced with a system where you now have to type the whole address - no typos or abbreviations allowed, and very often valid addresses are just not found. If they are, it can take a long time before they are found. As a workaround I now first to get the coordinates on google maps and type those in. UPDATE. The app is frustratingly getting worse. Twice now it has hung on a journey and has not let me restart it without updating all the maps first. And now it has started crashing when entering a search address and won't restart until after the phone has been rebooted, Google Navigation is looking more and more appealing.

I have been using this app for a long time and spend quite some money for addons etc. It is sad to see that the developer not only adds but removes functions at will without asking the user. Like overspeed threshold or the travelbook. They just deleted all my data and now i have to start anew and I cannot save my data on my device but i have to store online. Why? I am very unhappy with this development. Maybe i have to look elsewhere. I just had a look and saw that 2014 you removed the travelbook and the then called sidebar for the first time. When i asked about it it was said it would back some time in the future. The Travelbook was brought back later more or less than before, but the sidebar never came back. It was replaced by the cockpit as an addon I had to buy and which by the way is useless. The Travelbook was working fine, why remove it and replace it with something that puts my data someplace where it does not belong, in the cloud. It is needed on my device only. If people want them in the cloud give them an option to do so. I don't want to whine about new premium options I have to buy, but when I bought this App it had a set of feature I liked and you just take features away at your liking, shame on you. By the way i tested the new smarter routing and the software just makes the same mistakes as did the old version, so nothing new here. And the viewing angle ist different to the old version, so the 3D-view is less accurate in projecting the path you are driving.
