Thought I would try this map/driving app for the first time. I plugged in a trip I have to make coming up, and I've driven this route before. I entered my start point and my destination: It tells me it will take 2 hours and 55 minutes. I'm sorry, but this trip only takes 2 hours, tops. How can a "reliable app" be off by 55 minutes?! Uninstalled.

unusable. Connected android phone to Ford with Android auto ok. Selected destination (Sams Club) about 7 mi away. Arrived at destination and app had not shown I had not traveled more than 500 yards from my house. Kept issuing turn commands and notifications that made no sense. Mph indicator never registered correctly and displayed various amounts, up and down. Basically nothing worked. Ended trip and set it to home. Same results. This should not have been released.

Many features are better than Google maps. After years of reporting a routing error near my house they have not fixed it. Sygic gives correct directions. I like the icons along routes for food fuel etc. with the exception that setting my car to electric is not supported. I can however do a search for charging stations. IMHO The aesthetic is also more pleasant and there are options.

We’ve added a new Custom UI setting that lets you personalize the app’s look with customizable colors, themes, and skins, introduced a Route Progress Bar for Android Auto, added a new setting for the report button in Android Auto, and included several other improvements and bug fixes to make everything run smoother.
