Syncora — HR & Field Force Management for AkijBashir Group
Syncora is the official mobile HR and field operations app for employees of AkijBashir Group (ABG). Designed specifically for field-based teams like sales staff, Syncora brings attendance, leave management, and route planning together in one secure, employee-only application.
Employee-Only Access
Registration is restricted to current AkijBashir Group employees. Your details are pulled directly from ABG's official employee records and verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number, ensuring only verified staff can access the app.
Smart Attendance Tracking
View your assigned job station and current location on an interactive map
Punch in with a single tap — Syncora automatically verifies your location against your job station
Attendance outside the approved radius is automatically routed to your supervisor for review and approval
View your full attendance history for the current month, with date filtering and search
Leave Management
Apply for leave directly from the app
Track the status of your leave requests — pending, approved, or rejected
Supervisors can review and act on team leave requests from within the app
View the company holiday calendar at a glance
Route Planning for Field Teams
Create and manage route plans with customer visits, scheduling, and assigned team members
Track route plans through their lifecycle — pending, ongoing, and completed
Add new customer records (including ISB clients) directly from the field, with location capture via map
Invite colleagues to join a route plan as task partners — they'll receive a request and can accept to collaborate
Start and end tasks with a tap, automatically logging your location at task start
Team Management for Supervisors
View and manage your subordinates directly from the app
Assign or update job stations for team members using an interactive, searchable map
Approve or reject leave and attendance requests from your team
Security You Can Trust
Device-bound login ensures each account is tied to a single verified device, protecting attendance integrity and preventing misuse
All data is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection
