I don't usually give reviews but I am making an exception for this app. It is truly awful! Half the time it doesn't load, and when it does it'a buggy and slow, and features often don't work. Schedule information is frequently incorrect. The in-app link to provide feedback doesn't even work - had to look it up manually, which tells you how terrible it must be for me to seek it out. YIKES!!!

If the app worked consistently, I'd rate 5 stars. The functions they put in it are really good. But frequently it won't load. Be it the estimated arrival times, the stops on the map, or the whole app, it often doesn't load in some way, even given time. Which makes the app useless and frustrating!) This had happened to me on 2 phones, multiple wifi, mobile data, day/night, various days, etc. The problem is the app!

Ever since the September "update," it doesn't open at all! The October "update" fixed nothing; it still won't open! What's the point of having a bus tracking app that doesn't work at all?! The old version wasn't always accurate, but at least it was better than the useless new version!
