The app is aimed at people in life crises and offers help for self-help. It also offers support for relatives, friends and survivors in suicide cases. As a daily crisis companion, she is an effective suicide prevention tool.
The app aims to provide information about crises, suicidal thoughts, suicides and their consequences and provides resources and tools for dealing with the situation. Users of the app can find help for self-help, valuable knowledge and support in acute crisis situations on all facets of the topic of suicide:
• In the yellow area, people at risk of suicide can find information, offers of help and opportunities for self-assessment and self-observation. In the “emergency kit” you will find help with strategies for dealing with acute crises.

• The green area is aimed at relatives, friends. For most people it is important to strengthen their knowledge because they are unsure how to behave. What signals can I perceive, how can I assess the risk of suicide, what prevention options are there, what should I do? At the same time, you will find instructions for self-care here.
• The purple area is for survivors who have lost someone to suicide. How do I deal with such a situation? How do I manage my feelings?
• In the red area of the app you can find addresses of online advice and telephone help, advice centers and self-help groups: What can help me now and stabilize me. There is a lot of information and support available for these questions.
The app is free and guarantees absolute confidentiality, as no personal data is transmitted.
