Ratings and reviews

If only there were negative stars. The main issue is that there does not seem to be a way to make a loan payment from an external bank account. This is extremely frustrating when the payment is due and you are not set up to make the payment in some other way. The old app had this ability. On top of that, the interface is terrible, accounts are displayed with what looks to be place holder numbers. Also called technical support number..out of space to explain more .

The new app is bad, no Zelle access, and I can't see any of my accounts records. The way of the new app look, make me feel like a scam app🤦🏻‍♀️ update - as I did a deposit online, it didn't give me a confirmation number or anything 😕 my accounts suffix numbers had changed too, I don't know which account is which 😭 taking me more time on the app trying to figure things out actually doing banking online.

Compared to previous app, this one is slow. Also don't see bill pay's total amount scheduled listing. Which was very useful. Haven't seen all portions of the application but have seen the items listed above.
