App does have some issues. It bounces back and forth when changing screen and not stable. When you select something and go back, it goes back to the top of the page. Also, missing lit of pictures/images of items. Have submitted the request of missing pics, but no updates for over a year. Not sure if someone is looking at the reported issues.

App is crashing constantly. Crashes when going into certain item descriptions. Can't submit orders crashes as trying to load the page to submit the order. This started about a week ago. Also the app creates and submits ordered I did not place, has happened a few times. Most recent was earlier this week, created an order and submitted it for two item I had ordered and recieved the day before.

Slow, sometimes doesn't load at all. I find myself constantly opening and closing the app, hoping and praying that it will work and then at the last minute texting my rep and hoping that he responds before the cut-off. I prefer to use mobile because having an organized list to go down is often beneficial, but I often end up having yo leave the kitchen and go off my inventory sheets and invoices because of this poorly programmed app. No pars, no easy way to create new lists. I could go on.

Hi Khalil, sorry to hear about that issue. Please try updating to the latest 1.9.0 version, as it has some performance improvements that should help. If you are still facing issues please contact syscoappsupport@sysco.com
We are also working on par functionality in Shop Mobile and it will be available by end of week this week in 1.10.
