Sysco Shop allows you to search Sysco’s complete product catalog, locate key items from any page, and place quick and easy orders on your schedule.

You can access up to 14 months of previous order history and modify existing orders up to the delivery cut-off time. Sysco Shop also features offline sync, so you can continue to build your order anytime, anywhere.

App needs to be updated in a bad way. when you put an item in, it will automatically go up in cases by 3-5 even if you've only hit one time. with larger orders (150+ cases), the loading time for the "cart" page is so long that it usually times itself out & crashes the app. A lot of times items won't save to cart, or the whole order disappears. also, if you log into a computer to finish the order, most of the time the order isn't saved to the account. it's bad. I wish I had more word space.

I love using this app for placing orders for my job it gets very busy sometimes so it's really nice to be able to complete truck orders on the go. For some reason I just try to place my last truck order and it said I needed to update it so I went to go updated and now it's not compatible with my device even though I've been using it for the last couple of years.... It's really sad that they change their app. a lot of disappointed people in my company

In my opinion the app is garbage. My cart doesn't work in real time with the website, my created lists within the app take forever to load properly, usually it's nothing or just the same 3 items. Showing up over and over again, the same can be said for my cart. I had a cart full of items and when I went back to add to it, the entire cart was just gone. And lately the order submission process has essentially broken down completely, I had to contact my rep to complete the process.
