Horrible app forced upon members. Consistent sluggish response. More often than not it won't bring up group activities schedule. If, by some miracle, I do get on a stand-by list, I can rarely see where I am in the queue. I'm heading to the club now without knowing if I'll get into my class. This app is a mess. Please rollback to the old app or get this one working.

Thank you for your review. We've been making improvements based on member's feedback including ensuring the app is fast, login is easy, check in is quick and group exercise classes are easy to register for.

Incredibly frustrating app that only complicates things. Logging in with a key tag or phone number makes sense, but forcing the app on my phone does not. It constantly logs me out and then won’t let me back in. Glitchy, often requires reinstalling. When I try to check my son into daycare and can’t log in, I have to ask staff to reset everything and email a new password. A 15-second task becomes so complicated I want to switch gyms.

Thank you for your feedback Luke. We've made improvements to login after hearing from our members. Please ensure you have the newest version as this keeps you logged in, provides you with a magic link should you log out & not remember your password, and contains improvements in the design of the QR code that makes checkin faster at the front desk.

This new app is not an improvement — it actually works worse than the previous one we used at the gym. I can’t register my husband or my kids for classes anymore; it only allows me to register myself. And on top of that, when I do register for a class, I can’t check in. The only person who can check in for classes is my husband, since he is the main member on the account. With the old app, I was able to register myself, register my husband for classes, and check us both in without any issues.
