The Human Touch® App is designed to help you get the most from your Human Touch experience by providing a tranquil escape from the stresses of everyday life. The seamless integration with compatible Human Touch chairs, immersive meditation audio, and a range of other features, will make this your go-to app for ultimate relaxation, rejuvenation, and recovery.

Features:
• Connect your compatible massage chair or zero gravity recliner to unlock a new level of personalized relaxation and take full control of your massage chair's settings, including intensity, speed, and massage techniques, all from the convenience of your smartphone. Customize your experience according to your preferences and let the chair melt away your tension and fatigue.
• Guided Meditation: Embark on a journey of serenity and mindfulness with our collection of guided meditation sessions. Choose from a variety of themes and immerse yourself in the soothing voice of an expert meditation instructor as they guide you through calming visualizations and breathing exercises to achieve a state of deep relaxation and inner peace, right from the comfort of your own space.
• Exclusive BrainTap Audio Content: BrainTap has created the perfect at-home solution for better brain health. BrainTap’s proprietary neuro-algorithm produces brainwave entrainment – the synchronization of brainwaves to a specialized sound – with no added effort. These sounds create full-spectrum brainwave activity (neuro-activity), a matrix that BrainTap uses to maximize its impact on neuroplasticity.

For the Super Novo massage chair:

• Access remote functions through the App such as chair positioning, heat, Sound Soothe, one-touch zero gravity, auto massage programs, and manual massage settings.

For the Gravis ZG Chair:
• Program Favorites with chair positioning, air massage, heat, and Health Motion.
• Access app-exclusive Health Motion settings. Smart Motion creates subtle chair movements to let you know when you've been sitting in one position too long. Smart Sitting wakes you up when desired by restoring the chair to the upright position.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't quite work. It's a chair remote, but remote function isn't on by default. Instead, the app shows irrelevant things like playlists and achievements. I don't need chair achievements. Remote doesn't automatically reconnect to Bluetooth. Manually connect and it doesn't work until you press a "start" button that has a power button logo. After that, the remote behaves mostly as expected, with some gaps: lumbar setting is saved but never actually activates, and "favorites" don't work at all.

The Human Touch App DOES NOT WORK! I have to press ALL the settings on the remote EVERY SINGLE TIME I run a massage AFTER THE MASSAGE BEGINS! If the app worked, I could just press one button and enjoy the massage, but the app won't turn on the settings I set up in the app! Also, the app is very buggy and crashes randomly! I talked with the sales people and they said they've complained for years and no one will fix the app. They could just hire a company from India to fix the app very cheap!

App worked fine until they enabled virtual assistant. There's no way to turn it off, it's always recording, and the app doesn't work if the microphone is disabled. Update: as of the latest update, turning off virtual assistant and then going to the remote re-enables the virtual assistant, turning the microphone on.
