TAG Benefit Center is developed by The Advantage Group LLC. The app provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax favored benefit accounts.
TAG Benefit Center provides the following functionality:
• Benefit Health Account balances and details
• Recent transactions and details
• Ability to fund HSA account from checking/savings account
• View all email alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as the online portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Fund HSA account from registered external bank accounts
• Register new users directly from mobile device

Ratings and reviews

I should not have wasted my time installing it after reading reviews on how buggy it is. I installed it, enabled the location permission as required, and the app only flashes vety quickly - unable to bypass the Allow/Deny notice on initial screen. Unable to get into the app and even use it. Waste of time. (For the developer - I am using a Samsung S21 phone, latest OS software installed.)

The notifications in the notification center are very small. I can't zoom in to actually read them. I can't do a screenshot to zoom them either. Apparently, this app is made for 20 years old who do not wear reading glasses.

Text of notifications is too small to read. Says it sent SMS message to me, but it did not. Says there is a notification, but there are no unread notifications. I don't use this company by choice; my employer chose TAG.
