Create dependable NFC tags without decoding technical jargon. TagFoundry guides you from an idea to a finished tag, checks your work, and keeps useful designs ready to reuse.

Create with confidence

Start with what you want to do, not an unfamiliar record format. Create tags for websites, Wi-Fi access, contact details, plain text, phone calls, SMS messages and email. Ready-made starting points help you build common tags quickly, while advanced controls remain available when you need them.

Read tags clearly

Tap an NFC tag to see what it contains in plain language. TagFoundry also provides technical details when you want them, explains what the tag is likely to do, and helps you understand whether the content will work when tapped by an Android phone or iPhone.

Check each write

After writing, TagFoundry reads the tag back and compares the result. You will see whether the content was verified or whether the app could not confirm it, instead of having to assume the write succeeded.

Save and reuse your work

Keep frequently used tags in a local library, then write them again without rebuilding every record. Duplicate, rename, pin, import and export saved designs. Your library remains on your device unless you choose to export it.

Diagnose troublesome tags

Tag Doctor explains why a tag may not work. Check chip details, available capacity, lock state and malformed records. The NFC connection check helps identify antenna position, phone-case interference and other common detection problems. Batch testing lets you inspect new stock before committing a writing job to it.

Design for more phones

TagFoundry shows compatibility guidance before you write. For record types that an iPhone may not act on directly, you can create a QR fallback. You can also emulate a compatible NFC record on supported Android devices to test an idea before using a physical tag.

TagFoundry Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase. Feature availability can depend on the Android device, NFC hardware, tag type and chip capabilities.

Private by design

TagFoundry requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics or third-party crash reporting. NFC content and saved tags are stored locally. Network access is used for Google Play Billing and only for webhook requests that you deliberately configure and approve.

An NFC-enabled Android device is required. TagFoundry reads and writes compatible NFC Forum tags; it does not clone payment cards, access cards or other protected credentials.
