Don't trust the rating. Please stay away. Just look at the generic reply their bots send to our reviews. That is how serious they take us. I already created 7 tickets. No answer in months. It used to work decently but now the payments either don't arrive or get blocked. Customer service is extremely slow to react or they just ignore you. I have thousand of dollars blocked. I need to do my taxes and there is no way of getting monthly statements (like other apps do).

Hi support, I write here my issue as I don't have another way to contact you. I requested a physical AstroCard but never received it. The delivery was marked as “received,” and later I was informed that the card had been lost. The problem is that the app now only allows me to activate the card I never received, and it does not give me the option to request a replacement. This issue has left me without access to the physical card I ordered and without a way to resolve it through the app.

You don't have customer support if the app breaks for some reason. Mailing support will only tell you to ask for support in the app... the app that's not working as intended. edit: provided a link to help that doesn't work. "Fine I will do it mysel" moment. Deleted caches, both, restarted phone just in case, finally working. In short, support didn't solved my problem I found how.
