please, do something concerning your OTP. Tried creating an account and I couldn't because I wasn't sent an OTP. If you know you aren't interested in taking new users, delete the app from Apple app store and Play Store rather than wasting our precious time. Now I'll have to wait for an unnecessary 24hrs for your app's incompetence.

"I just downloaded this app, everything was smooth but at the end, it brings the addresses searched but doesn't recognize the right Postal Code for the same addresses you provided on your document or driving license even if I tried many times. Even if I add the addresses manually, it’s the same. It's kind of weird for me, because I can't change my Postal code due to conflict with my residential addresses or postal code on my ID. I couldn't proceed to the next steps so kindly fix or improve this

I created my account, it was successful and in some hours I saw a message telling me my account has been closed, that I should withdraw my funds. I tried sending out my money in USDT and also to other banks but I was not able to withdraw my funds.
