The instructions are too fast & all the breathing in/out, do this, breathe in, here out is very confusing. Just slow it down or add an info button to read/hear instructions. The coach is very interrupted with too many restarts. I'm sure you can improve it, to make the exercises flow. Next thing is: if you don't mirror as an instructor it's hard to concentrate on right side, breathing oops restart. If you fix all that I come back and try again.

The app is very good; however, at the beginning stages it would be helpful to talk through the hands and feet placement. Otherwise, I am constantly looking down at my phone to watch the movements. This is only day 2. As I progress, the ratings will more than likely improve.
