Great exercises that don't bounce or put a lot of stress on knees, but still provide muscle strengthening! No ads. Simple actions easy to follow w/ a practice round before the exercise starts. 2 Free workouts must buy subscription after. Gives you more access to different types of exercises, tracks your progress, meditation, music control. Worth the 100 lifetime cost. Great App!

The app is very good; however, the instructions for hand and feet does not always match the avatar. I'm 65 years of age and don't have the balance required to do some of the moves (monkey tiptoe or fruit pick). I always feel unsteady while doing those exerccise. I also noticed that at the end of each exercise the video changes to the next exercise abruptly because the timer has run out. It would be great if the exercises was completely performed on both sides of the body before moving on.

I'm struggling with several of the stances due to the explanation being done during the workout countdown time, not during the preview break. when I try and search for the specific stances outside the app they can't be found so the only way to figure it out is to redo days constantly. very frustrated with this app
