The magic tower of the North, the source of the endless winter… Also known as the 『Tower of Winter』, it has finally fallen, thanks to the sacrifices of countless expedition members and the valiant efforts of an unknown hero.

However, what humanity faced was not a hopeful future. As the end of winter approached, the massive horde of the Undead—drawn to the barren lands of the North by the Tower—began to spread across the entire continent.

Confronted by this great migration of the dead even before the cold had fully retreated, the mortal races were plunged into an unprecedented era of struggle, without even a moment to share the joy of survival.

Clinging to a slim chance of life at the tail end of the long winter, each race must now prove their worth one last time through a desperate, life-or-death struggle.

This is a choose your own adventure game. You only get three options to choose from and you aren't entering anything yourself. the actual game choosing the right answer for the best results. no custom character art, custom responses, narration audio is limited to cut scenes. really didn't live up to the roguelike adventure hype. It would've been better with custom avi art, big maze omni maps, 6 or more resposes 3 is boring and easy to guess, weaker enemies but more varied. nostory acts needed.

A very interesting take on a standard Roguelike. A dark fantasy Dystopia. The color selection, character theming, and event choices are very well thought out. The writing, while simple, fits the atmosphere of the world to a T. All of the game's UI does. The game also leans into its written aspect in design as well. While most Roguelikes force you into a loop based on combat, the path selection and map organization in this one allows you to take events instead, and still be viable. I like it.

I like this game less then the first game (Tower of Winter). Not that it's a bad game, but that the difference between ToW and EoW comes with pros and cons. Pros: New features such as shop, evolving story with difficulty, characters are more buildable, and runs consistently Cons: More into gambling (less F2P), bugs such as blindspot piercing any damage reduction, evolve skills are more unpredictable, every ability feels much weaker than in ToW, and the art looks more AI (personal dislike).
