App has a couple bugs but mostly the company is impossible to work with if you thought it's a flexible job. They don't take into account your availability when they plan your shifts, meaning you can and will get fired for "not showing up" even though you were never available to work the shifts in the first place...

When you think the app it's bad but they manage to make it worse, last summer upgrade was only for the company. Drivers cannot see the kilometres like before, if you get assigned a double order good luck if one restaurant didn't prepare the food you still need to wait to deliver the one you have already picked up, we cannot see on the app what we deliver like the competitors do. The app doesn't follow you if you move from where you start.

The new version feels less user-friendly compared to the previous one. When navigation starts, it would be better to stay within the Scoober app, showing street names and numbers, instead of redirecting to Google Maps. Also, when managing 2-3 orders, it only shows the customer's name. Including the address and a navigation option would improve efficiency. Please consider updating these features, or I may have to switch back to the old version. Thank you! Imran
