They don't care if items are missing from your order. You're not getting a refund. thanks I've closed my account

They have made it extremely hard to get in touch with the support. I have no way of contacting a real person. It only connects with a chat bot which is not helpful at all!

Ordered food. Received a confirmation code and email. Could see order in the app. Waiting 1h20 (thought it was busy because we're all self-isolating). Called the restaurant and they had never received the order. Charge still went through on my card. Update: received an email saying there had been a problem that night and all orders would be refunded within the week. It's 10 days later - no refund and no response, even though I've contacted them a couple of times.
