My number doesn't exist so I can't add any package while abroad. Support doesn't care and says they are awaiting response due to them reporting the issue. Initially, I was told roughly 1-2 day wait....it's been almost 2 weeks. Every agent is the same response. It doesn't matter if you aren't near a store or can't navigate to one without a plan for internet. Stay stuck and stranded abroad until they call you...maybe. Listen to reviews, don't do it. Rely on something else. You get no sympathy.

Useless app. Cannot login, keeps saying number doesn't exist. Worst carrier company ever. Very bad service, I had more than 15 days until my offer would expire and they suddenly stoped my service. Asked for help on WhatsApp to understand what was the matter the operator said my number is inactive?!!! How does that happen when I have an active offer. Since albtelecom merged with them this has been the worst experience with a carrier company.
