The app doesn't respond quite often. We used to get 3 extra GB anytime we would use the app to add credit to our phone number; that's not a thing anymore. We can't see promotional offers on the app; I think that would be more helpful rather then visiting the store physically. During system update or dealing with other technical issues, we can see the app is not working. It can happen with every app but I think the company should come up with some ideas to compensate the customer for the bad exp

The worst phone service in Albania. Unfortunately they acquired AlbTelecom, it was far better than them. They let me without service for 6 days. If you write to the support via chat in app, they doesn't answer, via Whats App they answer after a lot of time, sometimes days or just read it and don't answer. If you make a contract, you with have an unclear invoice and problems continually, if you want to close the contract, need to wait 30 days, I waited quite 60 days & they didn't close it.

ONE Albania provided the worst service I've ever experienced. Their app was slow, buggy, and unusable. The network was unreliable with frequent dropped calls and slow data. My number was blocked without explanation, causing major disruptions. They rushed me into signing a contract filled with hidden fees and restrictive clauses, making it nearly impossible to cancel without penalties. Billing was a nightmare with constant overcharges and unhelpful customer service. Avoid ONE Albania at all costs
