Mr Ibrahim , the old issues were thankfully solved in the last update , but to make things crazier , a new issue has developed . I use taleek to study German , but instead of displaying german lessons , it shows either japanese or english ones . I tried to accept my fate and study japanese instead, even though I had already reached a good level in the German course , but guess what , the japanese lessons wouldn't even start 💔

First of all I'm facing a double problem I used to use the previous version when you updated it I have lost my progress then I downloaded the new version and I surprised it was updated again however I couldn't find my progress and certainly when I have signed up it doesn't work.

I've paid second time and now I lost my progress and my account as well, plus The first subscription was 3 months ago I paid and I didn't unlock the level 2 and I tried to contact with no answer no help the worst support I've ever seen Anyone can help to fix this issue?
