Technical Stability: Recently I am experiencing bugs where the app goes "mute," freezes and dropping calls unexpectedly,somwtimes not connecting to calls. kindly fix this .We need the app and we want to Reccomend it and make it global. the app was good initially but about aweek ago it stopped working i had to uninstall and install later but now it keeps telling me server error after I put the verification code

Very useless network and poor customer service. The first experience with your app after top up was okay but I'm not sure what happened later. I managed to make a call home, 2 minutes later I'm calling back to make a follow up and the call is giving errors. I've even called your number but was placed on hold for an hour twice at number one but nothing. Not even your customer service is responding. Had to let go of the balance left.
