I give 1 star because they cancel all the time. Also asked for mental health Dr. Gave me one , one time and then set me up w/ nurse practitioner!? How is that mental health? I also requested afternoon appointment. Gave me 11am🙄! Then they wanted to charge $100.00 fee for cancelation! 1st one was great! All I wanted was virtual mental health.

I completed a full assessment and disclosed suicidal ideation. It should have been clear early that I did not meet criteria, yet the assessment continued and I was encouraged to share deeply traumatic experiences before being told I was not a fit. I was then told I’d be matched with a local provider, but only received generic links. The process felt unsupportive and misleading after a very vulnerable disclosure.

would love to give it a try, but I cant even make an account because it says your insurance ID number HAS TO start with 3 letters.... no it doesn't. it wont let me move past it at all
