What kind of company is this??? I made two appointments and haven't received a confirmation for either of them? They take your payment info and then poof, that's it, nothing. HORRIBLE company.

I give 1 star because they cancel all the time. Also asked for mental health Dr. Gave me one , one time and then set me up w/ nurse practitioner!? How is that mental health? I also requested afternoon appointment. Gave me 11am🙄! Then they wanted to charge $100.00 fee for cancelation! 1st one was great! All I wanted was virtual mental health.

Literally a complete waste of time, effort and energy. The sign up process is absolutely ridiculous and on top of that the "Dr."canceled my appt and I was still charged. If you want actual mental help that is legitimately helpful and doctors that will actually give you the one on one time you deserve this is most definitely NOT the place for that, you'd be better off not getting help for your mental health. This company doesn't deserve to exist! LITERAL TRASH, SAVE YOURSELF TIME , GO ELSEWHERE!!
