Accountable Calling: Make phone and video calls, complete with recordings and transcripts, without ever having to share your phone number.
Shared Calendar: Manage custody schedules and your child’s appointments and activities all on a Shared Calendar that both parents can access. Create single events for things like doctor’s appointments and repeating events for your child’s extracurriculars and custody transition days.
Accountable Payments: Make payment requests and securely send or receive money, allowing you to keep track of all shared parenting expenses. Requests and payments are timestamped, and you can also schedule monthly recurring payments.
Info Library: Share important details about the kids with customizable cards that both parents can access without having to contact each other. This feature is a great place to store frequently used information like clothing sizes, medical information, and more.

Each Record includes a Digital Signature and unique 16-digit Authentication Code that verifies the Record is genuine and has not been modified in any way. PDF and Printed Records are available for Secure Messaging, Accountable Calling, Shared Calendar, Accountable Payments, Info Library, and Personal Journal.

I had the free version. It was really good on organization of messages between my co-parent and me. My co-parent will not pay for an app so when the free version went away, my subscription expired. I tried to go back into the website to read a prior message and learned that I can't do so without a paid subscription or paying $95 for 24-hour access. This is ridiculous. If anyone is about to cancel their subscription, download all of your messages before you do so.

Amy, we hear your frustration, especially if your co-parent won't subscribe. PDF records are $95 USD without a subscription, and you have 24 hours to access and download them. If you'd like ongoing access to your account, any paid subscription will restore it. Plans start at $7/month, and PDF records are included for Enhanced and Ultimate users.

I want to downgrade my subscription to essentials since I'm not using the upgrade functions and there is no option to do that. Rhe price is going from $11/mo to $19!! Ridiculous and scammy. Plus, now my cheapskate ex-husband wants to leave the app entirely and I need him on a court-visible platform to make him behave. 😡😡😡 Edit to add: on June 6th, after writing this review, I emailed customer service. It is now June 9th and I have received nothing but a confirmation of receipt. 😡

Unfortunately this is one of 2 options for parents who need an app like this. And both are absolute garbage. This app is terrible for calls and video calls. Messages and notifications are buggy and slow to come through, causing issues. And on top of all that, prices are going up again. Right now my call minutes renew tomorrow, and I'm required to give a call today. The only option the app gives to add is 46 minutes for $100. Even inmates get free calling now.
