You usually remember whether the conversation went well. You don't always remember why.
TalkScore records up to thirty minutes. A date, a Sunday call with your mother or the cab ride with a stranger. The audio is analyzed for content and rhythm, and a few seconds later you have a score out of ten, a one-sentence vibe summary, and the talk ratio between both speakers. Finally, a number for that nagging feeling that you spoke too much.
Below the score, six quality metrics: depth, curiosity, listening, tone, pace and flow, and energy match. Each rated in plain language and changes based on your catagory.
Reading feels too cold? just press play. A coach voice reads your session out loud. Short, kind, and specific. The same beat you'd get from a friend who'd been at the next table, except this one isn't trying to make you feel good. It's trying to help you do better next time.
Every session is saved on your phone. You can revisit any of the last one hundred, watch a streak grow, watch your average shift. There's no leaderboard. There's no feed. There's nothing to share unless you choose to. The history is for you.
Who this is for. If you've ever walked away from a date and wondered what you actually contributed. If you keep meaning to call your sister and ask better questions. If you're trying to become a more curious person and want a way to measure it that isn't just vibes. TalkScore was built for you.
How it works. Pick a one on one conversation, personal or professional. Press record. Talk normally. When you tap done, your read-out comes back within seconds. The mic only listens when you tap record. Your results are saved on your device.
A coach, not a scoreboard. There is no red. There are no penalties. A low score isn't a failure. It's a session that didn't land, and the next one is on its way. That's what coaches are for.
Privacy. Audio is sent for analysis then discarded. Results stay on your device. Each session is independent.
