Device offline. Connect to continue is ALL i get form this terrible app!!! $360 swimming pool vacuum and the app is useless! How can i use this robot vacuum when i can't connect to it? I have it connected my BT and wifi, all my other devices work except this! The C1 stops inside the pool, auto powers off and i can't connect to it so I don't know if the battery is dead or did it finish, no alerts from this app! Path doesn't work either and BT connection works within 3 feet of the vacuum.

I'm not sure what the point of this app is it does nothing links to the skimmer but that's it it gives you no information at all about the device?

confused on how to drive it. I dont see it anywhere in the app. EDIT: And now im getting a server error issue and cant login
