Was able to connect to the mower, connect it to wifi, and create a schedule. However, the screen that shows current firmware information is blank, I don't know what version it's running, let alone if it actually needs an update. The GPS page doesn't work either. It just shows the robot as being in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. I was expecting a better experience; at least the basics worked for me. Here's hoping they get these issues worked out.

Great customer service very well-informed. my problem was with the product not the brand. it is not easy to install it took a lot of my time and energy to try the directions. the directions are on a very small leaflet with tiny print even using a magnifying glass. I could not read the directions and this was a very big installation for a robotic lawn mower.

cannot get the app on my phone. Tried for 3 hours. Yardcare customer service could not help. very poor customer service. I even got a new router with 5.0 and 2.4 GHz still doesn't connect.
