Great customer service very well-informed. my problem was with the product not the brand. it is not easy to install it took a lot of my time and energy to try the directions. the directions are on a very small leaflet with tiny print even using a magnifying glass. I could not read the directions and this was a very big installation for a robotic lawn mower.

How in the world is this company in business with such a terrible product and app? customer support is also non-existent. I've reached out via phone and even dm'd their social media. unbelievable.
