Thought virus is an award-winning method (Helseprisen, 2016) that describes negative thoughts as various thought viruses that can be treated with psychological vitamins. The scheme is suitable for you who want to spend less time pondering and worrying.

You start by watching a short and entertaining series of programs about The Psychological Immune System, Thought Viruses and Psychological Vitamins. Then starts a three-week program where you get help to detect thought viruses in your everyday life, and get to practice using psychological vitamins in the face of infected thoughts. The app also tests your psychological immune system before and after the program, so you can see with your own eyes whether the psychological vitamins have helped or not
