I really expected a better product at this price point. The software in the mirror is buggy at best and my mirror always turns itself on and off and is always changing camera views randomly. The rear camera is not always seen by the mirror at every startup, and I have to reconnect the cable. Whenever I put it in reverse, the screen keeps changing from reverse camera to regular rear camera. Had I not spent so much time installing it I would have already gone back to my trusty analog mirror.

Thee worst dashcam that I've used and stuck with. I plan on purchasing another dashcam! The one time! needed footage for an incident; it was nowhere to be found. The only real use of this junk is of real-time rear viewing. Clunky and non-intuitive! Had this for 16months, im lucky there was only one vehicle incident of footage to search for. Settings for loop recordings and or impact sensitivity shouldn't be an option when its unreliable!

The app keeps disconnecting from the dash cam, and then ask me to "Confirm" and reconnect manually. Kinda useless when you are driving. Unfortunately, the camera won't record without the app, what a shame...
