Downloaded an update and lost all my progress. Tried customer support and it's the worst! No real help, takes days to respond, and if they respond and you don't respond during a small window, the conversation ends and you need to submit everything all over again. Sucks when you've spent time on progressing and working hard to level up. After multiple attempts with customer support you just give up. Game was fun while it lasted but it's glitches and terrible customer support that ruin it. Bummer.

We will try our best to help you solve it. If you fail to contact customer service and do not respond within a timeout, the system will close your conversation. Good wishes!

After the long wait times to fix log in issue, still play the game. downside is that the makers, while they deserve to earn money, have made it difficult to improve and go up in levels or get new characters without spending money. events they have are getting points for BUYING GEMS. the more gems you buy via google, the more points and items you get. they get you to earn items for characters just to get you below the amount of items you need, then you have to buy items to finish collecting.

Great game, TERRIBLE customer support! If their game malfunctions (and it does often), they don't even care to try and help resolve the issue! This has occurred more than once. I understand it happens on occassion, but doing nothing about trying to fix it is absolutely horrible. The game has caused a massive error four times now and no attempt at fixing it.
