I've played this game for 3 years+, it used to be awesome, but now it is a money grab, with absolutely horrible customer service. I've been a big spender with them, probably in the top 5% of spenders, and still can't get even satisfactory customer service. I waited a day and a half for them to reply to a request and in the meantime that base was destroyed, they would only replace a small portion of the losses, even though they were nonresponsive to my emails. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

I love the game but it lags and kicks me off. That's very frustrating. I have played for 3 years and have just now reached 150mill power. I do not spend though. if you have $$ and time to burn this is your game and you will get far fast and I am sure it's a lot more fun. Game packs expensive and getting more expensive and they used to come with a lot more. Developers are getting greedy so they raised the prices and slashed the gifts given. As you increase in power so do the prices on things

Absolutely shocking customer service! I am a veteran player returning after 6 years, have spent hundreds of pounds in a space of 2 days, and when I repeatedly emailed them about a bug (both, via email and the ingame option), not one response! It's been ages since I sent my first email. I have noticed that those who have spent grands get the fastest response (while othere wait weeks). Not spending another penny in this game. You're better off playing a different game, trust me.
