Very Very bad services. I paid Rs. 10,000 on 05-Sep-2026 via UBL PayApp. Only Rs. 3,042 received. Rs. 6,958 missing. Emailed them - No reply. Called helpline - No one picks call. If picked, they say "awaz nahi aa rahi dobara call karein" and cut.UBL PayApp is taking money and disappearing. No accountability. Do NOT use this app for big payments until they fix support.

this app is good, but also it is discouraging merchants due to very slow or very late payment settlement. as merchants need to circulate their money. but this app keep their money for long time along with cost of service charges. which kills its benefits.

The app’s performance, particularly in CNIC scanning and selfie upload, needs significant improvement. The current CNIC scan feature doesn't work properly, making the process frustrating. Adding an option to upload clear front and back pictures of the CNIC would help. Similarly, the selfie upload feature is slow and could be improved by allowing users to upload a pre-captured selfie instead of waiting for the app to process it. Also Improve the Stability of APP with the internet.
