What a scam! I subscribed to their promotional offer and before the week ended I tried to unsubscribe. It logged me out and then I still got charged. When I open my profile and try to unsubscribe, it says user not found. What a joke! I have tried calling their helpline but to no avail. Basically they lure you in and it's impossible to cancel the subscription. I want a refund.

Sometimes you just love an app to get better but frustratingly it doesn't. The app is performing just like Pakistan cricket team is currently performing. odd glimpses of brilliance but overall disappointing. During stream of matches errors is still a norm. compared to their competitors I think they need to up their game. Have few months left in my second straight yearly subscription but not sure if I renew it or move to another platform.

another scamming app I subscribed to promotional premium package to watch ashes, but not been able to watch a single bowl. Every time it says "There was a problem providing access to protected content." If promotional offer is such bad, why are you scamming people saying 499 offer is now just for 99. unsubscribed this service right away and will never purchase again.
