What a scam! I subscribed to their promotional offer and before the week ended I tried to unsubscribe. It logged me out and then I still got charged. When I open my profile and try to unsubscribe, it says user not found. What a joke! I have tried calling their helpline but to no avail. Basically they lure you in and it's impossible to cancel the subscription. I want a refund.

This is a typical case of 'suffering from success'. Work's perfectly fine if you dont want to watch something. The moment there's a live game you are interested in, they always have streaming issues, buffering issues, and technical issues. Even as a long term subscriber, my advice is to look for something else if you don't want to pull your hair out.

Very poor process of transactions, with no message, email or notifications for confirmation. Got auto subscribed to Rs.499 subscription and then got unauthorised auto deduction twice. At least they should tell the customer beforehand about the subscription or auto deduction. Also, the application is very slow.
