What a scam! I subscribed to their promotional offer and before the week ended I tried to unsubscribe. It logged me out and then I still got charged. When I open my profile and try to unsubscribe, it says user not found. What a joke! I have tried calling their helpline but to no avail. Basically they lure you in and it's impossible to cancel the subscription. I want a refund.

Very disappointing experience with Tapmad. My subscription fee was charged twice. After paying two times, I still could not log in to my account. Later, they sent me a login PIN, and only then I was finally able to log in. This kind of issue is very frustrating for a paid subscription app. Please refund the extra charged amount and improve your payment and login system. Users should not face this kind of problem after paying for a service.

I paid for Monthly Subscription today, unfortunately my payment has been deducted from my easypaisa but I did not received the premium services. Upon contacting to support team (via WhatsApp, email and facebook), they has asked me to pay again for new subscription. Disappointed, they said we will verify your case and will reverse the payment to your account with 7 to 8 days. I provided the Payment recipet along with transaction, and account statment. What a shame!
