Bariatric Challenge helps you manage your data and progress.
· Weight: Record your weight and set a goal. You will have information on your evolution and achievements at a glance.
· Water: Set a goal and keep your hydration at bay! Check how many glasses of water you have drunk and whether you have already met your goal.
· Supplements: Remember whether or not you have already taken the daily supplement you need. You can add/remove as many times as you want.
· Mood: If you are happy today, take note of it. If it has been a day to forget, save it too. You will have day by day information on how you feel.
· Measurements: Save your initial measurements and as you progress, record new measurements to compare them and see how your progress is.
· Food: What have you had for breakfast, lunch, dinner and maybe snacks... Dumping? Take note of all this too.
· Exercise: Keep a record of all the exercise you do and its duration.
