· Weight: Record your weight and set a goal. You'll have information about your progress and achievements at a glance.
· Water: Set a goal and keep your hydration under control! Keep track of how many glasses of water you've had and whether you've already met your goal.
· Supplements: Remember whether or not you've already taken the daily supplement you need. You can add/remove as many times as you want.
· Mood: If you're happy today, take note of it. If it's been a day to forget, save it too. You'll have information day by day about how you feel.
· Measurements: Save your initial measurements and as you progress, record new measurements to compare them and see how your progress is going.
· Food: What you had for breakfast, lunch, dinner and maybe snacks... Dumping? Take note of all of this too.
· Exercise: Keep a record of all the exercise you do and how long it lasts.
