The app's platform worked great in 2025 in my opinion, but this update where it prescans your receipt and tells you what is eligible, and doesn't seem to give you the option to enter in an expense manually is terrible. Luckily the customer service line said if I didn't use the app and just went on the website to submit the receipt, I could still enter the expense manually. Please have the app go back to the way it was!

No information showing-red banner at the top says something went wrong and to contact them. Call the number and it's a "let's see if you qualify" number. No matter what you push it's a continuous barrage of offers. Come to find out the number is not even associated with TASC. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has changed. Very disappointed.

The app sucks- it constantly glitches and will make me have to sign in twice; it immediately signs me out the first time every single time. In addition, the periodic security verifications won't work. I'll enter my last 4 socials in and hit next, and nothing will happen- it wont load the next page, and refreshing doesnt do anything. So essentially, you cant access your account and I'm forced to go on a desktop. Please update the app and fix these glitches.
