I understand making sure your site and client information is safe, but this app is practically unusable. After logging in and verifying two-factor authentication, the app consistently requests I set up a four-digit passcode. Easy enough, except that the system rejects any passcode I submit. Save yourself the headache and just go to the website!

App still not working even though I called them, which didn't resolve the issue. I'm also getting an error when trying to create a 4-digit code. Whatever update they did recently broke the app irrevocably. TASC support, please stop telling people to call TASC. It doesn't fix the problem. Just fix the app and forget about the 4-digit code. Two step authentication should be enough.
