About this app

Onward Team Tasks is a work app for facility and workspace teams. It replaces paper checklists and WhatsApp updates with one shared place where staff record what they have done and managers see progress across every centre in real time.

The app is for organisations that run managed workspaces, offices or sites and need daily upkeep to be tracked, verified and reported.

FOR STAFF ON SITE

• See your checklist for the day, grouped by area - washrooms, pantry, common areas and soft services
• Tick off each task as you finish it and watch your completion percentage update live
• Attach a photo to any task so the work is verified, not just claimed
• Raise an issue the moment you spot it, with a photo and a short note
• Log visitors and value added service requests without leaving the app
• Get alerts when something needs your attention

FOR MANAGERS

• A single dashboard showing overall completion, tasks done and how many centres are on track
• Filter by centre to see any one site on its own
• Employee progress list with per person completion and task counts
• Open any employee to review exactly which tasks are done and which are pending
• Track reported issues from raised to resolved
• Assign task sets to staff and keep centres consistent

ACCOUNT REQUIRED

Onward Team Tasks is used by staff of organisations that have an Onward workspace account. Your administrator creates your login and assigns your centre and tasks. There is no public sign up.

PRIVACY

The app sends data only to the Onward backend. There are no advertising or analytics trackers, and no data is sold or shared with third parties. Camera and photo access is used only for the images you choose to attach to tasks and issues.
