The AI is phenomenally helpful. I cannot stress how much it helps to just generate a plan instead of using all of your energy and motivation on it. Unfortunately, if you need to make edits to that plan or create your own, it's not user-friendly at all. It could use a lot of work, making it simpler to modify the AI generated plan, because right now, there are a million buttons and you can't easily click/select areas to insert text (also it's gonna come in a crazy format when you type it)

I've been utilizing Taskade for a few months now, I've found it to be quite useful! The process of collaborating with others has been straightforward, and I've been able to organize my schedule effectively with multiple projects simultaneously and 10+ ppl. The AI capabilities are great. There is a slight learning curve associated with it. However, you could really utilize it to expedite various tasks, including automations, thereby saving time. Converted from Trello and Notion.

Admittedly, I do not know all the ins and outs of all this app can do, I am sure there is much more it can do that I have yet to take the time to learn, BUT, for my purposes it is great! As the director of a growing group non-profit, the list of things to do, people to call, appointments, etc is endless. Having a place to track all that, schedule out my week is necessary. I fought using an app for a long time, but having it on my phone and being able to add something after hours is priceless!
