The new app is hilariously bad. It crashes out on your order if you take too long, forcing you to restart. Every single drink customization requires half a dozen more clicks through an uglier interface. It makes you type "YES" just to confirm what location you're trying to order from. It interrupts the order process with reminders and ads after almost every step. Outrageous downgrade from the previous version.

I've given up on trying to figure out why the app has not registered any of my orders since August 2024. I would order from Tastea more often, if there was a way to fix it, so I got points from my orders, without having to contact the company (I understand that individual stores can't control that, but it still sucks that they can't add points, even though I'm physically there picking up the order I had just ordered through the app). Frustrating.

i dont wanna turn on my location lol. so it would be nice if we can just pick our fave location/s and save time from searching each and every time. also ordering usually works great. but on my last order i went backwards to see the menu again, then pushing the pay button did nothing. so i had to close and start my order all over again. annoying and wasted like 5 mins of my lunch break! but yea, that was the first time it gave me a problem. overall a fine app.
