Horrible service. I have been following up with one issue for almost 2 years. Absolutely no response to emails and their calls never connect. Not even a single call back after writing multiple emails. Even Swiggy/Zomato issues refunds at lightening seed these days, I really don't understand how Tata ÀIA manages to provide such pathetic service. They are unable to resolve 1 technical glitch, horrible experience with each of their representatives.

Very poor service experience with Tata AIA. My wallet shows bonus amount but I am unable to withdraw my own money. The virtual card activation has been pending for over a week, and despite multiple followups, there is no resolution. Customer support is unhelpful and keeps giving irrelevant responses instead of fixing the issue. I have already escalated this matter to IRDAI as well. This is unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will continue to escalate this matter further

premium payment withought saving the card details the payment option is not proceeding it is being done purpously by company to save personal card details of card holders and button in the page is at last end becomes difficult to touch in the screen as it gets cancelled as there is pop up button
