I updated the app because it kept telling me there was an error. Then I tried to log in but forgot my password and requested to reset it. It sends me an email with a link to change it but when clicked it takes me back to the app asking me to reset the password and keeps taking me on a loop. Overall I have never been able to use this app and am very disappointed.

This is really frustrating and we are sorry for your hassle.
We thought we have addressed this issue but it appears that it still happens and you are running into it. The quick fix is the copy the link and paste it into the browser instead of clicking on it. Please reach out at support@tavour.com and we will be happy to assist.

I've been using Tavour for about 2 years. Overall it's a good service. Not cheap, but it does give access to beers I otherwise would never get to try because they aren't distributed in my area. I had one shipping issue quite a while back, but Tavour customer service was prompt to help me coordinate with the delivery service to resolve the issue. The app itself can be buggy. For example, I often get notifications for beers that don't show up in the app.

First off, this is not an app for people who are looking for cheap beer. The selection is definitely limited, however each beer is exclusive and absolutely delicious! Be aware the shipping carrier is terrible and you will run into issues. Tavour customer service team are all on different pages and takes some time for a response. Also, there is no getting a hold of someone by phone, so be prepared to be frustrated whenbyou have an issue.
