overall, I love the site, it's offerings, and killer prices. where they still lack in my experience is in customer service, and addressing order issues that arise. I've been denied a return on an over 300$ item that was mismarked size, under a one size fits most in women's, but it arrived as a osfm childs. their misrepresented error, should not become my financial loss. A different issue they refused to fix was a defective item with sewing flaw; "final sale, sorry". seriously? buyer beware!

This is one of my most favourite apps; easy to use, new items every day, excellent sales and most importantly, it keeps stuff in your shopping cart indefinitely. The household section is phenomenal ~ was able to locate many name-brand items for seriously discounted prices. My only issue is that shipping takes FOREVER. Even though they ship via FedEx, you can expect to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Don't expect any of your items to arrive sooner than this; shipping should be FREE. 🤦‍♀️

I have only recently started using the Gilt app and have not had a lengthy experience. My first time ordering when very well, in fact, my item was shipped earlier than indicated. However, a few days ago, I couldn't access the app at all, I entered my password, and there was no response. I was ready to call customer service for assistance, and then just this evening, the app responded, and I was able to shop. Hopefully, whatever was wrong is now corrected.
