Due to upgrading Android version my app data had to be wiped. When trying to register again the SMS never arrived. Tried nearly a week. Reading the reviews many people have the same problem. Eventually i had to dig into log files from old backups to find a working code. A feat far beyond casual users. And the support mail is a ghost town. No reply in 5 work days. Not even an auto-reply that my mail was received. Besides email there is no other support. 1 star.

One of the worst apps I've ever had to use. The interface is bad, no automatic location setting. You set your current location and the app decides to use your old location as starting point. So you get charged but must cancel trip. If the app worker as it was supoosed to - this would be amazing, since the prices are better than on Bolt.

I have been using Forus as an alternative to Bolt and quite often getting better prices. However, just got a random cancellation while the driver was en route. I had my phone in my pocket and did not notice the notification - pretty dumb to be waiting for a car that isn't coming. Very unreliable experience.
