Due to upgrading Android version my app data had to be wiped. When trying to register again the SMS never arrived. Tried nearly a week. Reading the reviews many people have the same problem. Eventually i had to dig into log files from old backups to find a working code. A feat far beyond casual users. And the support mail is a ghost town. No reply in 5 work days. Not even an auto-reply that my mail was received. Besides email there is no other support. 1 star.

One of the worst apps I've ever had to use. The interface is bad, no automatic location setting. You set your current location and the app decides to use your old location as starting point. So you get charged but must cancel trip. If the app worker as it was supoosed to - this would be amazing, since the prices are better than on Bolt.

USER BEWARE The app is hot garbage, navigation and the interface is clunky, the app assigns arrival time for the driver at random, based on its mood. It will show 5min in peak hour when the driver is in the next city. The driver gps barely functions with huge delays, so you are not sure if they are on their way or stopped for a smoke and a shot of vodka(most of the drivers speak russian and cant understand basic english). They have also added a new 3€ surcharge for trying to cancel their BS.
