Due to upgrading Android version my app data had to be wiped. When trying to register again the SMS never arrived. Tried nearly a week. Reading the reviews many people have the same problem. Eventually i had to dig into log files from old backups to find a working code. A feat far beyond casual users. And the support mail is a ghost town. No reply in 5 work days. Not even an auto-reply that my mail was received. Besides email there is no other support. 1 star.

One of the worst apps I've ever had to use. The interface is bad, no automatic location setting. You set your current location and the app decides to use your old location as starting point. So you get charged but must cancel trip. If the app worker as it was supoosed to - this would be amazing, since the prices are better than on Bolt.

Please stop showing pick-up times that are physically and legally impossible. I keep seeing "pick up in 3 minutes" from locations that take more than 6 minutes to actually drive. UPDATE: No it is not about traffic jams. It would be physically impossible to legally drive to pick up point in that speed.
