Ratings and reviews

Do NOT use the cloud sync feature. I turned it on for the first time a week ago, and when I opened my app today, entire folders were empty. YEARS of my work, deleted in an instant. I emailed support and received only an automated email. They did not respond to a follow up email. I will warn people away from this app - losing years of work in an instant is horrible. EDIT: this app continues to delete work!!! DO NOT USE!!!! They will not help you at all in retrieving it!

I loved using this app before the last update. Now I hate it. It used to automatically save anything you were currently working on if you say, needed to answer a call or switch to a different app to do whatever. Now if I switch to one of my recently used apps for like, a look at a reference pic or something and go back often it will erase the entire picture. Hours of work down the drain numerous times. Also I did the 7 day trial for the pro features but I don't see why that would cause bugs..

Current ver is VERY buggy & basically unusable... When switching apps, the canvas will constantly refresh as if I've closed the app entirely, resetting the current tool settings (like color) or the current layer (will reset to base layer). Sketches don't properly save either; jn I tried to open a sketch, and the canvas was blanked out even tho the thumbnail was intact. tried to duplicate the sketch hoping to salvage it, but still remained blank. Ntm the annoying splash screen for the paid ver...
