My box stopped working and customer service not really helping much to solve it. I bought a new samsung smart tv and their app dont go with that while i was told it would work. Now i have 3 months of service remaining but cant even watch anything cause of the stupid box i have stuck on me not working anymore.

Paid $120 for TBOX Premium (100 channels/1 yr). After support moved my service from Android TV (freezing) to Roku, I now get only 2 sports channels plus a handful of others—not the 100 promised. I’ve called but it’s still unresolved. Please restore full Premium access on Roku or contact me via my account email. I have receipt/screenshots and will update this review once fixed. update- they called back and gave 100 channels. Very good customer service
