Was impressed, but not now. I wanted to print 2 documents using my local library's printer. Everything worked well: choosing a document, finding the printer, paying, etc. So where are my documents? The app shows that they're "pending" ... for almost 12 hours? I paid by credit card versus paying at the circulation desk upon pick-up. Won't make that mistake again. Now I must call the library for guidance. Will be uninstalling this app soon.

Hi Eileen. I am sorry to hear that you have had issues using our app. From what you're saying it sounds like there was an error during the payment process. Our system automatically cancels all payments that are not ending in a printing process after 72 hours. This happens very rarely, so I hope you choose to use our service again later on :-)

Not intuitive. The app itself doesn't allow me to choose the document. Instead I have to go to the file explorer and choose share, then choose Princh. Stupid workflow. Here's a hint, if your app needs a tutorial, you have failed from the design phase.

My review is on using Princh at my local library on my laptop. Interface is good in big fonts, kind of easy buttons. Bad news: No ability to change orientation on app or print format. Needs to be done originally at your file application. Regardless of this, it is poor at rendering format notepad files, readable but the margin is always huge and always portrait whatever you do. I had to put my notepad stuff to word which was a bit pernickety with manual font and adjustments needed.
