I have had this app and unit's for a year. The app works ok for the most part. It doesn't connect easily with the qr code or manual mode. The item description isn't right for the product, so you have to click and guess until it works. A schedule option for the AC units would be ideal for controlling power usage during peak hours. App functions work well. I would give 5 stars if I was able to set a schedule for usage. Hopefully, an update could add this option.

absolutely ridiculous! you have to jump through hoops and give everything but a blood sample to get signed up only to have the connection immediately drop as soon as you try to make any selection involving tv controls in the app. all I want to do is adjust my screen settings but you've made it impossible now. I currently have 3 tcl branded tv's but will soon be replacing all of them for a quality brand that will allow access to the tv menus without having to use an external device.

Minimal Functions The phone app to control the TV with its remote control is so rudimentary, it'suseless and pointless. The TCL Roku TV remote app, on the other hand, is so comprehensive, it even allows me to use either my phone's speaker or headset to listen to the TV's audio without disturbing others with my viewing content.
