The app has a fatal error. When trying to register, at the screen where the Privacy Policy should be displayed, an error message pops up saying "you must accept the privacy policy before you continue". The app freezes, fails to display the policy, and the pop-up is unable to be dismissed. I have the latest version, I have uninstalled & reinstalled, restarted my phone... NO success. Same error. App developer needs to look at the source code!! I've even called customer service to make them aware.

this app is the biggest piece of junk app I've ever used. it hasn't worked properly since I've first downloaded it. saying my log in info is wrong, or giving me a weird error when trying to make a payment. now it absolutely refuses to let me become when I hit make payment it give me a message saying the API version is not supported. looked that up and it said its because it needs updates. go to appstore and its up to date. this is ridiculously frustrating.

The app says my password is out of date. I put in my email and was supposed to get a confirmation code. Tried it 3 times. No email was ever sent. Prior to that, the app continually stated that my account was overdue, which it was not. I can go online, my password is accepted, and my account is up to date. The app is apparently useless.
